  1. I'd honestly take my 91 back over the 4th gen if I could turn back time. No wife, kids or gf so it was more fun. Smaller, louder, more raw.

    Picture because I miss her

While I do like my pretty girl now, I do miss my 1st gen. I don't see too many of the baby blue ones anymore, and certainly not sedans. I know for a fact it would have been nice to have another, reliable car to come home to, but, I made my (poor) choice. . .

    y god y?

  3. Umm... great work Detective. I don't think my car or another member's car on this site belongs in a thread titled Teh Rice. Edited because I may have been a little defensive, but thanks for saving it.

    Dude, I get it.

You've got talent, for sure --whether that talent lies in the actual execution of the work you've done, or the photography that makes it look good -- it looks good. And I was fully on-board until gauges and stick-on hoodscoop. At this point, it's practically a Ken-doll; looks the part, but there's nothin' in the pants!

  4. Talked to Mike at Infamous Yesterday and I want to give a HUGE shout out to him. He answered all my questions. Took his time helping me and not once rushed me. I've also ordered 80% of my parts from him and even annoy the hell out of him for that Ven Air bpv hose. He goes out of his way to help you. Just wanted to thank him publicly and would recommend him to anyone.

    He really is awesome.

  5. I checked it over repeatedly. Especially after I found that cam gear all mangled up.

but heres some reviews on it. I wanna at least try them out. Not doubting your expertise, just going with what I see. I'll take some pics when I get to the shop.

FWIW, I see those on the floor consistently when I'm at PIA (my local shop) on the weekends. They goto the scrap dumpster.

There's a reason so many of us don't have headers, the least of which is the cost-benefit and high price of admission. Good headers are about $800 to start. The KB HHs are nearly 2x that.

  6. So those bushings and gears are in the diff? But the bushings wear out and need to be replaced?

I to shall wait for the right up. Lol

I have no idea what any of that for, or what problem that it fixes even. Lol

I have yet to research driveline problems

They're equivalent to the Hexmods Center Diff bushings, which, only kinda-saves your center diff when (attempting to) launching.

  7. I'm misunderstanding I hope? Why do the plugs need to come out?

And is RTV Ultra Copper really not good for oil surfaces? Their site claims it is:

    http://www.permatex.com/products-2/product-categories/gasketing/gasket-makers/permatex-ultra-copper-maximum-temperature-rtv-silicone-gasket-maker-detail

"Three times more oil resistant than conventional silicones;"

"Suggested Applications: Exhaust manifolds/headers, valve covers, oil pans, timing covers, water pumps, thermostat housings"

No! UltraBlack or do it twice. Seriously, there's no other alternative.
