  1. I'll get them pulled from the car this week and ready to ship so I can estimate them. There's one other person that inquired on those ahead of you.
  2. few folks interested in the Ohlins, Koni's pending shipping costs.
  3. If you have a few grand to spend, and want to get a good amount more kick out of it, you might as well look at vf52 turbo upgrade, with hi flow dp, larger intercooler and tune. Group N trans mount is a cheap/easy upgrade.
  4. Finally getting around to cleaning out my LGT hoard and want to send some things on to better homes, so these are priced to move! JSM Ohlins Coilovers $OLD These are made in Japan with Ohlin dampers and Eibach/Ohlin springs. Inverted front shock, front and rear are rebound and height adjustable. Comes assembled with Spec B front and aftermarket sport rear tophat. Never ran these but no obvious issues with them. Mooresports Camber plates $120 shipped priority mail/pp'ed Missing some the mounting bolts, can be gotten at any hardware store. Mishimoto Slim Radiator Fans w/ Shroud $old Helps fit when running FMIC Mishimoto Coolant Tank $old w/bracket and silicon hose, again key for FMIC routing SPT Air Intake $50 shipped priority mail/pp'ed missing silicon connector and hose clamps, yes, requires tune and makes the shwooshy noise Spec B Dif Mount $45 shipped priority mail/pp'ed Aluminum, dirty Homelink Mirror $old w/ autodim and compass Extendable Armrest $60 shipped/pp'ed couple minor imperfections but no punctures Also have a set of Koni adjustables w/ STI pinks I'll post up if someone is interested, need to swap them off the car first, <3500 miles/14 mo. on the car, going back to my Tarmacs thinking $550 for that setup with tophats + shipping/pp (couple folks interested, will get them pulled and pics posted this week)
  5. I casually looked for a lgt manual wagon for a couple years and seriously searched for about 3 months before landing on this one. I waited and found the perfect car. A lot of good mods, stock rebuilt motor that was complimentary with all the other mods I had from my previous LGT. I almost started considering obxt's but (IMHO) think the LGT's are much better looking car, plus bigger brakes, better handling.
  6. FWIW, I think its the whiteline crossmember bushings that are really causing most of the NVH on my car. If you search exedy clutch noise, there's no shortage of links about it from other cars.
  7. Bad TO bearings tend to make noise when the clutch is depressed in my experience
  8. think this is clutch noise, I have the same exact thing. first thought it was my trans getting ready to grenade, had a backup so swapped it, and had the exact same noise. did a 6mt swap with new clutch and its still there but quieter (went from LWFW to stock STI). do you have stiffer trans bushings and or shifter bushings? that plus the SM/LW flywheel seems to really amplify it.
  9. $10 says its the TB hose. Assuming you took the IC off for the starter swap?
  10. brembo's bolt up with rear adapter/e-brake discs turbo would fit with some aftermarket intercoolers that have hose adapters Engine will bolt up, computer is a different story There's also like five threads of this same question if you want to do some searching.
  11. Curious to hear your spool impressions. I run a 440xt 10cm which is a bit laggy for my taste, with full boost not hitting until after 4k. I know this is a bigger turbo but wondering if the smaller hotside and bb's make for a more responsive midrange torque
  12. yeah, concur. I run 850 side feeds with a 440xt turbo and haven't had issues. Would need to go up to 1000 or 1050 to run corn, but my tuner felt ok with 850SF for 91. I wouldn't worry about it.
  13. I was doing a 6mt swap to it was an auto that I was after and there were several <100k options, even here in NM where we don't have a lot of options for anything. assumed it would be similar for 5mt, but I guess not. bummer
  14. I believe its a slightly larger bore than the LGT unit (15/16th vs 1 1/16th?), but most folks report the main benefit to be much stiffer pedal feel and no "parachute" effect in the engagement. I have one sitting in my garage that I picked up for cheap but haven't installed it yet
  15. you can also get a whole spec b aluminum control arm with bushing (and in some cases ball joint) for just over $100. https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/subaru,2008,legacy,2.5l+h4+turbocharged,1440457,suspension,control+arm,10401
  16. definitely check the passenger side OCV. when that malfunctions it starves the turbo's oil supply.
  17. there's also a factory Group N LCA bushing that might be a decent in between the stock mush and whiteline poly bushings.
  18. i didn’t notice any significant increase in noise/vibration from white line LCA’s, definitely sharper all around. ball joint and sway bar end links can also make some clunky/clacky sounds when worn out.
  19. you don’t clarify whether you have a GT or not. the GT has the largest subaru brakes short of brembos. bang for buck you’re going to get the best improvement in both performance and feel from from high quality pads, MC brace and SS lines. if you have a 2.5i upgrading to the GT brakes would be an inexpensive way to get a lot more braking power.
  20. if you're planning on using up your current shortblock and replacing with a built block down the road, I'd look to something a little bigger like a DOM1.5 tuned conservatively. That would ensure you're not going to get bored anytime in the near future and if you ever get a stronger block you can run it harder
  21. I have a Dw65c and haven't had any issues with it over four years or so. Can't answer the manifold question definitively, but haven't heard of any issues in the past. Stock block? how many miles? I assume you mean on e85 right? I'd say an 18g on corn is about as big as I would want to run on a stock block.
