I ended up changing spark plugs and oil and having the local Subaru shop throw a boost control solenoid and a downpipe on before tuning. Thanks for the feedback. Most maintenance is all up to date, I have had the car for awhile and maintained well as far as I know. I have an 08 Spec B with 79 kmi that's completely stock. I am finally getting around to modifying it as I want a more spirited drive. Local shop quoted me for downpipe and a tune, but I want to go a bit beyond that. So what have other fourth gen drivers found the best first upgrades, what would you add to this list?

Not sure if this was in a sticky somewhere and my dumb ass just missed it. I have a 2008 spec B with 75,000 miles on it, basically unmodified. I started getting a noise from the front left so I replaced end links and bushings. It stiffened up a little, but I’m still getting some undesirable noise from the front left. Do I replace struts next, and if so how do I find the actual Bilstein part?
