I have seen those things go both ways - wither they spin off with your hand or you need a huge breaker bar or real impact.

Drop your tire pressures to a normal amount like 32. The 40bb doesn't have a huge top end so the trap speed is not surprising.

You just need to wrestle it out. All the penetrating oil in the world will not do anything. Try raising/lowering the tail of the transmission.
People use ratcheting tie down straps and all sorts of other methods, but it is time to get medieval and pull the transmission off. Getting it back on is just as much fun
