  1. A bit late but here is the pictures how lightwerkz did their cabling, very neat and the whole process was plug in and play, the drivers were routed neatly behind the headlights.
  2. Honestly I’m not a fan of heat gun taking headlights out, it kinda ruined my first headlights and destroyed all the tabs, so had to buy new headlights and sent it off to lightwerkz who has huge ovens and the headlights look like they came out of the factory, can’t tell they were taken apart. I’ll post some pictures tonight on how nicely they came out and how professional their cable routing was.
  3. Same here! I noticed this on the driver side too at the bottom. Glad I’m not the only one.
  4. The H6 is such a good engine it’s just Subaru not wanting to push the envelope, could easily make 300hp
  5. It’s a good price for the fully loaded one, but you might be able to go lower.
  6. I’d expect huge cars like these to have at lest 300hp. But the way things are I doubt we will see one at this price point.
  7. Next thing to add is a light strip on top of the fogs and add sequential option. I think at that point we truly gonna be Gucci.
  8. Got my tonsils taken out yesterday and been miserable, will try to post new updates next week or two.
  9. The 2018 headlights were a bit more challenging from the 2017, since the internals were different, so they had to run the wiring differently and they used different ways to light up the c-light. I had them black out the turn signal housing to get rid of the chrome in there, things look much more cleaner. The halos in there was a last moment thing, I didn’t think it would look as good but I am glad I was wrong, it looks sick. They made sure they left enough clearance for the steering responsive headlights.
  10. Here is a video of my modified headlights, credit to Lightwerkz! They know how to properly take things apart and make super clean installs!
  11. They definitely changed materials from the 5th gen, the current windshield scratches easily too. Some type of weak coating.
  12. It falls under my comprehensive deductible $0. Obviously I don’t want to file a claim if something minor happened, it would cause my rates to go up.
  13. Looking at all the threads made on these boards and the Outback board with people that have eyesight the Subaru windshield has been far from durable, it cracks easily and chips easy too.
  14. That’s good, my question is, will Safelite install higher quality glass than the one from factory?
  15. 0 deductible here, switched to State Farm last month. These things are stupid expensive and my windshield already has a dot in the middle, no crack but I feel the windshields with eyesight are super weak and they easily get cracks.
  16. The whole forum has been extremely slow today.
  17. You could replace the tradition dB server with MariaDB and that would help the site a great deal.
  18. Have you guys considered upgrading the board to xenforo? vBulletin is getting old and php is going to drop support for the old version. If you guys still want to run the website as is with the same software then I’d suggest using litespeed or varnish cache.
  19. Wow that looks neat, are you going to use the tail lights as turn signals?
  20. Anyone notified the webmaster about the horrible slowness? This is hella slow and unacceptable.
  21. Wow, the last 10-12 hours the website has been loading slow.
