I'm not sure I would go that far. It's not a true bellmouth like the BMC.
True, being I commissioned BMC #1, that makes me Bellmouth fan-boy.
But the AVO is a much better design than the Invidia/CNT that terminates the 3" pipe into the flange, as the OEM does with 2.5".
Big improvement is from the picture that shows the flaring out to the flange. AVO is the first manufacture to improve the design over a straight pipe terminations like Invidia. The other picture looking into the DP appears like a smooth transition from the flange to the CAT.

Looks great. The AVO is a wow. In one of the picts, noticed a bracket had to be removed. I had needed to remove the brackets as well. Thanks for taking the pic of the DP at the mouth. Your pic shows a flare from the CAT to the flange. This is a huge improvement over OEM and the 3" restriction with CNT/Invidia.

It's a cover.

Russki - you posted a Q about the heated mirrors:
The same connector that powers mirror motors also supplies power to the heated mirrors. From the schematic, you may need to run a little 2 wire jumper from the connector to the mirror. the mirror may provide the jumper. Also, there is a mirror heat relay that may need to be added if it's missing

How come the paint doesn't match?
I wonder if it is the lighting. Also, my plastic parts don't perfectly match the rest of the car.

Spotted a 5th gen CBS LGT in Mystic, CT, MASS plates around 430 today.

With the delays from the tsunami, could the 2013s be even later?

The other bonus is the grin on your face after it's tuned

They are under the car. Take a look for the rubber plugs.

... here we see the Subaru in it's natural habitat ....
...and a foto, just to get the idea (with a "little" of that white cold stuff on it ): -
I-95 in RI maybe 315 this afternoon, spotted a Garnet Red Pearl LGT (GTTuner?) south bound between Exits 6 and 5.
I was traveling northbound with a 3.6R CBS from MA close behind.

Russki, looks great. Looks slightly lower. Do you have after market springs?
-
Trunk sub looks great. Super job.

19,000 on RCEs and OEM shock/struts.
No changes noticed.
Note - Ride response harsher on the summer tires the less sidewall (245/40s) than with winter's (225/45s).

I'm kind of curious for undisclosed reasons.
Waaaz Happy New year - New car itch? No bellmouth DP yet although AVO hopefully releases one soon. Aftermarket is slow but we are getting some attention. Had a nice visit @ IAG and ended up with two G-forces; new with blems for a little more than repairing.

Looks great. Nice first post pics.

Congrats, welcome. Great to see the 2012s rolling in.

Hi all.
My previous car was a black 1999 Legacy 2.5GT also lowered with KYB coilovers. The 99 GT is still running today and has over 400,000 kms on it. Let's hope the 2011 Legacy gives me as much loyalty as the 99.
Cheers !

I had a 99 LGT Limited 30th anniversary as well. Enjoyed that one

caliper covers, red?

...minuccims
"Myles from RCE (Racecompengineering) recommended me these and said I only need the fronts and to just upgrade the pads(rear), line and fluid...brakes are done. When I put on his new set of fr & rr swaybars, he will paint my rear oem calipers black too!"
Stoptechs are quite good for front-only BBKs. Brake on! What pads did you settle on?
Any observations going from the OEM set up to now?
-
Lookin great. Any comments on the BBK fronts?

If it does not list the 2010+ LGT, I have the 08+WRX installed. Remember, the rear spring perch must be rotated. Definitely rotated for a 3-position Whiteline RSB. Can't recall if those with the 19mm and Kratboys needs to rotate the perch.

Looks great Waz! Hope all gets sorted out with the rims.

Parked next to a black 4th gen LGT near Westerly RI

Looks much better than the flat black. Good stuff. It's probably similar to the clear bra material.
Dog's looking out of place and needs a matching stripe.
