  1. Installed mine Friday/Saturday. Relatively easy install as long as you can follow instructions. Only took 20min or so to get the radio out taking my time. Brought it inside and disassembly/reassembly with the board probably took about 2 hours, but I'm slow. I don't solder, so that part scared the shit out of me but turned out fine--maybe used a bit too much solder but it piled up nicely and touched nothing but the wire and the contact point! woohoo! Put the radio back in and everything sounds great Headed to radio shack today to pick up a female jack to mount in the cubby, also still have to do the switch. Thanks, Sebastian. great product and awesome instructions to go with it.
  2. Mine showed up in the mail yesterday Pretty damn quick (3 days). hopefully will be able to find the time to install it this weekend.
  3. You have a serious case of couch monsters. They're eating the leather, and likely growing stronger...be careful.
  4. You might want to pay someone to do the install for you...
  5. Ordered one last night, cant wait!
  6. Hmmm...I've got 215/45s on stockers now, any chance those would fit on a 7.5" rim or too much of a stretch? don't know much about tires, but I like those rotas...
  7. What wheels you got? Also, what is the width of stock '05 wheels? 7.5? less?
  8. I feel that I may have asked you this already, but where are you at in VA?
  9. Yeah, pics would help if you don't mind. I haven't separated mine yet so don't know exactly how bad stuff is but I'll be under the car again sometime this weekend or next.
  10. Seriously? That might be awesome. I was underneath the car the other weekend changing trans/diff fluids and spraying everything down with PB blaster for upcoming stage 2 installs and the exhaust back there was looking pretty roughed up--the wagon lived in michigan from late '04 until last september, so not surprising. Are there fitment issues with putting sedan exhaust on a wagon, or pretty minor stuff?
  11. For just the downpipe, right? Or does he have the entire exhaust? If it's easier to just call him let me know, I can ring that lazy F-er!
  12. Nm then, I would only be interested in the cat-back piece...already replacing the DP.
  13. How much does he want for it and what kind of condition?
  14. I could definitely be wrong, but it looks like the throttle body connection is on the left in your pic, hence the bottom...? Anyway, a pic of the other side would be good either way. I'll shoot you a message whenever I'm up that way.
  15. Ha, already driving my wife crazy buying parts for stage 2 stuff. That VBG1 is really a slick guage tho, would love to have it if I could justify the funds. As it is though I'm looking for an extra TMIC so I can mod it instead of buying aftermarket...that should tell you what kind of cash i have lying around at the moment, lol. Why are you getting rid of that anyway?
  16. I'm still interested, especially if you can meet between alexandria/b-more or if you still have it next time I'm near Columbia mall to see my brother and want to meet there. Do you have a picture of the top of the intercooler? only see bottom/side your FS thread.
  17. ^This. Awesome work and an amazing amount of confidence in your product to do something like this and share so freely. Thank you!
