So, who can actually make it in the morning on Saturday?

Can I assume this is an all day event? Or for the people going both days this weekend, an all weekend event? Would love to join but need to get permission from the misses. Also, what if I don't have much experience with working on cars? I'm the guy usually paying a shop for my work done.

What everyone said about beers is right, but...

There are some roads near by that I will take the folks who get brake jobs to to bed in the pads. If it is a nice day on Saturday, those roads go to a nice little park. Again, if it is nice, we could plan on having a Cook-out at the park for Dinner... (then the beer could be put to use )

Sounds like this is going to be a pretty sweet meet! Lotta good projects going on, wish I was able to attend. Make sure you guys take&post up some photos!!(or video)

Hey Ted, I'd be happy to take you up on lodging, and might even come down Friday night if thats cool so we can get an early start on Saturday. Greta's got other plans that weekend, so it'll just be me.

Can I bring Jenna, my inflatable companion?

I'd love to get in on Sunday for brakes as well, if it fits. Can't make it on Saturday due to a wedding.

Bring her along and she can hang out w/ Marie. If Brett brings Greata, that will be even better.

I am not too worried about it. That is why am planning on a 2-day meet this time. If there are more than just Scotty and I their Satruday morning, then we can split up to work on cars. 4 people working on a turbo/uppipe/dp is a little much, so if we have 6 or more, we can easily do more than one at once. Moreover, if mine takes all Sat and is not finished, I will leave it there over night

For now, let's assume worst case scenario that mine takes 2 days and we only have a lift and a flat bay...

Does this work for everyone? If we get there early, we can get 2 lifts and a flat bay. If we have enough folks to help, things can proceed VERY quickly.

For right now, I am planning on starting my car early on Saturday, and Scotty will be the other car at the beginning because he has had some things not get done for MONTHS now at the install meets. If we have a good number of folks to help, his should be off by noon or earlier and we can rotate Steve on next. I don't know how long mine will take or what will go wrong, so for now, it is scheduled for both days. Hopefully that won't be the case and we can do more on Sunday. We can probably get 2 lifts and 1 flat bay too...
