Does the angle grinder take care of the fact that almost 50% of the flange material on the cans and the y-pipe was rusted to oblivion, and the area above the hole in the exhaust had blackened and rusted alsoThanks.. But, that's what the angle grinder is for (and a new set of bolts).. :-)HV

Probably been covered in here somewhere, but I don't feel like looking
I helped a guy change out the stock cans for some aftermarket ones. He had the Hog-zawast upgrade for awhile...
Due to the extra heat and condensation, the flanges looked as if they had been in the Northeast winters (with salt) for about 8 years...
The bolts had completely seized on one side. It took an extractor to remove them, after copious amounts of PB Blaster. A plasma torch would have been easier
Just a public service announcement to let you know that letting exhaust out where it isn't meant to come out can be detrimental...

Awesome, thanks!
So why can't I set the new top speed above 186 like you have it?
Also, does knock detection range high/low give overall area where the ECU is looking (1000-7200)? Or does it only look from 7000-7200 and 1000-1050 only?

I started w/ the COBB Stg 2 91 Streettuner base map.
I only modified the things that HAVE to be modified in Base Maps. I had about 22 bytes till capacity. Then, I tried to turn-off all the TGV codes. That is when it said I was out of memory. I am already ONLY using the Base map for base map specific table changes. Thoughts?
And thanks, they do rule

Christian,
Do you recommend using Enginuity to create a Base map when you run out of memory in Street Tuner?

Yeah Rick, thanks for coming down!
Sorry that the turbo dampened my spirits...
It was really nice to meet the folks I hadn't met before!

All right, my car is in my garage (that means the turbo is in )
SOOOOO, CALL MY PHONE (It's in the PM) AND LET ME KNOW YOU ARE ON THE WAY BECAUSE THE FIRST FOLKS WILL COME TO MY HOUSE FIRST BEFORE GOING TO THE GARAGE. I WILL GO TO THE GARAGE WHEN PEOPLE COME TO MY HOUSE. EVERYONE ELSE CAN CALL ME TO FIND OUT IF WE ARE THERE YET...

^^^^Hmmmmm
OMG! FlatironsTuning Track Days.
in Mountain West

I HIGHLY recommend KW coilovers for around here. They might be SLIGHTLY more than the swifts and HDs,(actually, I think RaceComps version is probably the same price ) but they will ride better, have more travel for potholes, and give you the ability to go higher, or lower, than the swifts. Oh yeah, and give you better performance that you can even change on track day
The raising part is good for winter
Oh yeah, I am now signed up for both days
Steve, you want those injectors now?
