Not much on Amazon. There is an HP one, but it's ugly AF and only used ones are available. These really only are sold by the OEMs at this point, in their business lines, and they're all having supply chain issues. -

That doesn't have a webcam. Also, I just submitted an order for the C2722DEs (the ones that are due to arrive in June), but also some U2722DEs, which are the next generation of the U2721DE you linked above. The U2722DE is back-ordered until January, but I'm also getting them for $414 a unit. Not gonna spend twice as much for the last generation model to get it 3 months sooner. We can wait. The C2722DEs, BTW, were $465 a piece. Yes, we have to wait forever for them, but once again, not spending 70% more for something that has inferior features. -

I'm looking for something very specific. 27", USB-C docking (including ethernet), webcam and mic. Not many options out there for that. Snitches get stitches -

More like a day of the week ending in -day. So I'm trying to order some monitors for work. My Dell rep quoted me a delivery date of June 9. This chip shortage is crazy. -

The early-80s GM diesel (to be specific, its abysmal reliability and driveability) was what killed passenger-car diesel engines in the US for 30 years. Surprised it's still running. GM also killed the diesel after a couple of years, so unless they started outsourcing their engines to another company in Europe, my guess is it's 1985 or earlier. -

Well that just sounds like so many code violations bundled into one. Kind of impressive how many ways that setup violates code, actually. -

Well, the expensive oopsies are always the best Had a couple of those on my LGT back in the day. There's also the time I wasn't being careful enough when I was pulling an old wire out of a breaker panel, and I managed to short the ground wire against the bus bar Luckily, no lasting damage from that one except a smudge on one of the lenses of my glasses. -

Back when I was renting, in 2012, we had a direct lightning strike on the attic exhaust fan in the townhome we were in. It actually flipped the breakers on the top two floors, in addition to totally frying the attic fan. I had everything on surge suppressors except the FiOS ONT, and the surge came in through that, fried the router, and then from there also fried everything connected via wired ethernet. Luckily, router was covered by Verizon, got the motherboard on my desktop replaced under warranty, and I just wrote off the almost-brand-new but relatively cheap printer. For anyone who has coax coming into their home, I'd highly recommend putting it on a surge suppressor, as that is a vector to kill equipment. I now also have literally everything that's connected to both power and ethernet connected to surge suppressors. -
Traded in the wife's Stinger for something with a bit more room. Surprisingly still quite zippy with the 2.5T and dual-clutch transmission. And we're back to an all-red fleet. I'm keeping the SS at least until the CT5-V Blackwing is available used for under $60k with a manual and low-ish miles. Which might be never.

Not $15k+ nicer tho Also not willing to pay for Audi maintenance and repairs. We looked at the GV70 too. Nice, but couldn't justify the extra cost. -

K We're selling the Stinger to Carmax today and hopefully getting my wife's new car (2022 Santa Fe Calligraphy) tomorrow. Fully digital dash, lane-keep assist and smart cruise that are approaching Tesla territory, blind-spot cameras, 360* parking view, HUD, etc. Plus all the traditional "luxury" shit (Nappa leather, ventilated seats, panoramic sunroof, nav, etc.). Expensive for a Hyundai at $45k, but an Audi with all this shit would be, what, $60k? -

You know most brands sell at least some cars/trims with that now, right? You don't have to spend Audi $$$ -

My guess is the issue is the ancient version of vBulletin, not the OS it's running on. Although it's also possible this version of vB won't run on anything newer than Ubuntu 12.04 LTS or some shit like that -
