Yeah the hooks can be bent or removed with hammer. I don't have pics of the latch I'm talking about but so long as they ask you for a vin parts dept can find it out. Will try and scan my old photos for em.

Not sure of any stockers here. Last close to stock LGT member I remember is Berkshire and he is no longer stock anymore. You might have to go out of town to find a stock car. I remember seeing a stock 05 with tan interior but it looked like a crime scene.

Those connectors under the seat are not that easy to purposely take apart. It takes some skill and a screw driver to release em. As I said I'm not completely sure if it disables the entire system cause it failed the self check test on start up. Car manufacturers do some incredibly weird things that make you wonder how much schooling do you need to design a car. I kinda wish there was a normal people panel that goes around asking why is this feature a limited option on a GT or SS model when the base model has it? /rant I never did the wiring I ended up just getting the entire 05 seat.

A stock or modded car? Riding in our cars will not get you the stock feel. I would give you the tour but mine is down again.

Some places they might ding you for safety inspection since the car originally came with em in the VIN look up. Then you have to deal with insurance company when the car should be totaled from the bags being deployed(or lack of). If it wasn't for that, I would have never went on a manhunt for the 05 seat bottom. Was told that just turns the light off. Not make it always see a passenger sitting in the seat. (This was also speculation)

IIRC seat not hooked up and airbag light on, you have no working airbags. Anyone find that info to be inaccurate?

05 LGT passenger seat bottom is what I had to do for my issue since 06 and up was a major change in the sensors and even where the passenger seat belt bolts to. I'm not even sure if the bottoms swap out for the STi. Did they even have heated seats?

There will be 2 hooks to modify for the seats back to fit. The non folding back seats are using those for security. I assume you are getting the latches that the fold down seats hook to/release from? Were these fold downs like the Shrek B with ignition key locks? I never did the lock conversion on the seats but the glove box wasn't that hard. You just have to watch out for the spring that flies out and buries it's self somewhere inside the car/house when taken apart.

Well that sucks. Passenger and driver skins aren't swappable. Bolsters are difrent on bottom and top half also slightly different with hole for the lumbar.

We were just talking about the odds of 3 legacies in one area same time.

They do it day night rain snow it doesn't matter. They will almost run us over to get to this dead end.

We will try again next month. Till then we are still playing it by ear for the snow rally event. At the end when we were warming up the cars we were entertained by the people who mistake the dead end for an exit.

Is the driver/passenger seat "skins" swappable? Got a replacement passenger seat and the passenger seat skin thats being pulled is pristine compared to my "Chevy custom deluxe" looking drivers seat.

If it happens there find a autozone and get a "Free" hook up with a scanner to check it. With these cars, cruise control will bring any neglected CEL back and disable cruise control. I'm always afraid to find out whats gonna happen when I use it. For the winter months we go "look rally armors cool....lets go inside I need a beer to warm up!" Summer is more cars, events, give a ways and such.

Forget windows get a mac! J/K I'm night shift I'm the opposite. I hate windows cause it's usualy a room near an outside wall vs a inside center floor plan "warmer" room. That and when the lights are on in the room it feels like it invites everyone from outside to just look in @ you. There is no shades @ work.
