  1. 86......RBP.....2005 Legacy GT wagon MT Ltd (blk) There were 86, regal blue pearl, 2005 LegacyGT wagons, with a manual trans, in a limited trim, with black interior, ever made in N. America.
  2. Well if Subaru offered any USDM H6 engine with a 5mt/6mt there would be a lot more attention paid I'm sure of it.. Keep the updates and pics coming tho, love watching your progress.
  3. This reminds me of the older days when things were more trail and error with modding a Legacy. Now that everything has been done it's a little boring here, but then there's your thread.. Keep it up!
  4. They're a little sunken IMO.. Maybe 10mm? http://legacygt.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=193852&d=1412963653
  5. That's pretty awesome. I'd probably buy one of those depending on cost. Aaand they start around $2,500 so no. I'll sleep in the back.

  10. I'll take any excuse to strap something to my roof. Had a dinning room table on it last week, chairs and exercise bike in the back. No pic
  11. Those robots are wasted, need to go home..

  13. Mine was in the same place and barely noticeable under the trim, but I wanted to get on it right away and I have a buddy who's dad owns a great body shop. I see literally no other areas of concern currently, my wagon is very clean with 143k miles. Unfortunately the shop underestimated the work and my total doubled from the time of dropping it off. He said he doesn't ever take this kind of work for this reason, waaay too much time/effort/$$$ to do correctly. Helps to have friends. The finished product is awesome, the trim piece isnt a perfect fit, paint is tho. He said another year and it would have been twice the work, ie not worth the repair.
  14. This was helpful reading for me trying to determine harmful knock events. It comes up as a PDF file and I cant figure out how to link or attach the file, so Google - Subaru Knock Monitoring FAQ v2 - COBB Tuning
  15. Bump! 15 gallons of fresh spring water today! This is part of my biweekly drive to a local state park that is ~20 minutes directly into the countryside.
  16. That's how I got mine. Sent him emails, PM's, added myself to the update subscription, but I was just randomly checking the website one day, and there it was.. Paid, and it was at my door days later.
  17. I'll be sticking with wagons or hatchbacks for the foreseeable future.
  18. Pulled up the boots in my wagon today just to inspect everything, and the wires look good on mine. Oddly, pushing unlock twice on my key fob doesn't unlock the hatch, but the hatch button itself works fine, and the door locks as it should.
  19. I rolled 142k miles the other day. Altho I haven't been driving mine much lately as I have a second car to drive and mines been a little bit of a garage queen this winter. I hope to install a new turbo and trans this year, both sitting in my garage. Turbo has become a little whiny and I believe some oil has been disappearing. Trans is noisy and needs some center diff transfer drive bearing love. Need all new wheel bearings currently. Other minor odds and ends. Still runs great tho, normal maintenance, had very minor rust repair last summer on left rear quarter, otherwise still a beast and blast to drive.
  20. That wind tunnel is in my backyard! I've heard of it, but never knew it was that close to me. One of my good Audi fan boi friends mentioned it on FB awhile back now that I think of it. I'll take my wagon up there and report back
