  1. A mother and father took their 6-year-old son to the nude beach.

As the boy walked along the beach, he noticed that some of the ladies

had breasts bigger than his mother's, and asked her why. She told

her son, "The bigger they are, the dumber the person is."

The boy, pleased with the answer, goes to play in the ocean but

returns to tell his mother that many of the men have larger

penises than his dad. His mother replied, "The bigger they are,

    the dumber the person is."

Again satisfied with his answer, the boy returns to the ocean to play.

Shortly after, the boy returned again. He told his mother, "Daddy

is talking to the dumbest girl on the beach and the longer he talks,

    the dumber he gets."

  2. I, like some others, keep an excel file with every penny spent on the car. This includes mods, maintenance, and gas. It also gives me a way to track how much i've driven the car down to the mile. Yeah, i'm one of those people haha. Anyways, I bought the car on 12/5/09, and since then i've driven 17,416 miles, spent $2,857.30 on gas, $1,497.21 on maintenance, and $6,079.25 on mods.

I do the same, although not with gas.

I keep track of mod, cost, installation date, and installation mileage. No maintenance though.

  3. so youre claiming bs. because i have a garbage camera? look im not afraid to romp on my car like most people on here who wanna baby it. he called out what was run and thats that. im not here to argue this. i have all my mods posted up in a thread on members rides.

I'm not gonna argue with you man, you're probably the only LGT running a bored engine on stock turbo so there's no real "data" to say what kind of power you "should" be putting down. But none of your claims have really been supported by evidence. If you really did put down those numbers on a stock turbo, then I applaud you. But most of us know what the VF40/46 is capable of up top and that knowledge does not support the claim of a 108mph trap speed. That's the end of my arguement. In the end, if you did, you know it, and that's all that matters.

Thanks for the link... regardless of numbers, your car is solid.

  4. I'll disagree with you about slots on the rotors - they are very useful because they clean the burned surface of the pads during extreme braking and they also remove the dust. So I say slots are necessary!!!

I've never heard that before, but its an interesting point. Makes me temped to try slots, I get pretty bad deposits from my driving and I really dislike the re-bed-in procedure b/c I feel like I'm just wasting pad by using it to heat the rotor high enough to remove the deposits.

  5. What should be put directly behind speakers to absorb back-wave noise? Close cell foam or mass vinyl?

Door speakers can be put inside of sealed baffles, but depending on speaker size it may be difficult to fit. The alternative is to seal around the perimeter of the speaker and be sure the whole door has a layer of MLV... this would be considered infinite baffle and is pretty common. Speakers are designed to function in an infinite baffle. Subwoofers, on the other hand, usually not.

  6. If on the other hand, you put on a valve such as the GFB Hybrid or Stealth FX in which you can alter the venting ratio, and 50% of the air is recirculated, then the mixture will not go as rich, and the chance that you will run into problems such as backfiring or loss of performance is proportionally less.

The mixture will not go as rich as what? As rich as OEM or as rich as 100% atm?

If the OEM is full recirc, how could anyone get compressor surge on an OEM valve?
