Does anyone know of a good independent mechanic in northern Virginia? I need tranny work and the lovely dealership quoted between $4600-$7000!!! Sounds like I need a whole new shebang. Just bought the car 2 weeks ago. SWEET right?!!
Any help would be appreciated.

its cooling off down here finally... i need to get to the track before they close it...

According to some people on these forums, you can't break 1.8 unless you're mario andretti.

the trap speed seems low for that turbo on E85.

There are a lot of factors that determine how fast you will run. You can't compare your times, apples to apples, with other cars and drivers. There are people on forum that could run a stock legacy at stg2 numbers.
The best you can do is work on your individual technique.
So true.. and to add to that, environmental conditions like temperature, humidity, elevation, and track condition can make or break a good time.

pretty much anything with a stock turbo and DP is stg2 IMO.

I got this installed today with the exception of the actual pressure line. Thanks for getting it shipped out so quick.
Will the 0-5v work with any oil pressure gauge?

Payment sent. Please let me know if there are any major delays in shipping as I will be moving in 2 weeks.
Thank you, sir. Looking forward to this!

TGV deletes tend to move the power band to the right. Some owners like it and some dont.
I still perform deletes at the shop. Just dont have a lot of cores, so never advertised shipping them. I do however have a kit in production now that allows at home TGV deleting by members and will sell for about $50.
Nice!
Did you see the nasioc group buy? Alot of vendors on the GB list too. Custom fabricated top feed for $170/ nearly 300 ppl signed up last I checked.

It seems like if you're going to the trouble of removing this which requires IM removal, you might as well do TGV deletes at the same time... yes? And there's a TGV delete group buy on nasioc right now... and my bank account is still in the black at the moment...

Getting more gauges put together anytime soon?

Now lets see if i can find the bolts...

Not at all I just forgot what it looked like. I hadn't seen it in 2 years lol

14@90mph could be a stage 1 run where the drive slammed on brakes before finish line.

Thank you, good sir!

Looking for the bracket that bolts up just in front of the alternator. Does anyone have a picture of this handy? When I removed my engine cover I took this front bracket out as well and now can't seem to find it. I'm probably going to have to order a new one but I'd like to see if anyone has a picture handy so I know what I'm looking for.
