Doogie29th
It was 90* that day. Do you think the trap should be higher? Comparing my power to other LGT's on dragtimes and other sites, my et and trap seems right to me. The 6mt adds some weight to the car. DANG, I knew I should have taken out the recaro baby seat! bigjweb
Interesting. You go through a whole lot of trouble doing a nice build and customizations, yet choose to use a racerX fmic. May I ask why?

Doogie29th
Interesting. You go through a whole lot of trouble doing a nice build and customizations, yet choose to use a racerX fmic. May I ask why? I think the racerX fmic is a nice product. Keep the fogs, good size core, easy to install. The price to great. What fmic would you use instead? bigjweb
I think the racerX fmic is a nice product. Keep the fogs, good size core, easy to install. The price to great. What fmic would you use instead? Nice compared to what? How many intercoolers have you had? Not ragging on you, but most people only like it because they haven't seen the nice stuff. You had to fab custom piping, i'm sure that wasn't done because you wanted to. There's a bunch of brands out there that are good. Avo allows you to keep your fogs and bumper beam as well. Most people shy away from the more expensive intercoolers. But this is one area where you get what you pay for. IMO, the racerX has one of the worst core densities that I have seen. While it may not be a knock off by definition, it shares the same quality as one. The biggest thing that I preach to people when it comes to intercoolers, is that not all cores are the same. Core density is just as important as size and location. I've had five different intercoolers and the Process west TMIC is the best one by far.
