Somerandomguy175
By chance has anyone seen the 98 eclipse video on YouTube.con with the custom over the top LED tail lights? I was wondering if anyone on here has tried this or something similar. The 08 LGTs light output could be a little better.....well if I didn't tint the tails I probably wouldn't be asking this lol any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! EJ25subie05
you can remove the VHT with acetone. I'm just telling you if you ever decide to remove it. it doesn't take no more then a few minutes, unless you got a crazy amount of clear on it. A friend of mine had it on his M5 and he said it put a haze on the tail lights using the acetone...that's why I've been weary to try that

EJ25subie05
you can't just dump acetone on it, yes it will dissolve plastic but you have to know how to use it. I've never had any issues and use it on everything for the most part.
FJuan
I don't believe there's an aftermarket for this, and you'll may have to cutomize it yourself. Wondering if there's way to make the lights brighter by cracking open the housing and replacing the lights with a high output LED strip? My wife's balls are delicious. Or would it show that the bulb is burnt out because its such a low watt bulb?
