coppertone
I think 50% is the way to go. Thanks for all the pics Magic, now to decide between this or RSB first. RSB all the way. 2010 2.5GT limited is for sale.

shribob
RSB + endlinks it is. Tints may come later this year if funds look good. I have a dslr, but I am no expert at lenses. I'd try Chas to see if he knows any good ones, I know he is experienced with them.

Magic Marker
i've had some experience with canon lenses. what are you looking for? I think what I meant was a polarized filter. I don't need/ want to spend anymore money on lens right now. 2011 Volvo S60T6 & 2013 Volvo XC60T6 Polestar
blaze741
there are tons of brands of "high quality" and then real high quality filters out there. Based on the fact you are using digital slr, you will be looking for a circular polarized filter. You can adjust the polarization by simply rotating it. cheaper ones would be the normal brands like tiffen and whatnot. maybe 50 bucks? high quality ones would be for example b+w. these will run you about 160 bucks but are much much better. really up to you on quality. I used a tiffen one my first year in college and it worked for what it was. it was like 50-70 dollars. I forget.

planelazy
Here's 35% all around (Georgia state maximums) http://a3.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/248018_10150256647545862_682000861_9279419_7231381_n.jpg
mnk007
Here is 35% all around with 50% on the windshield. This photo is right after it was done in very very bright sunlight. I can take more photos if people desire.
1-3-2-4
I got 35% all around and 30% in the rear sometimes I feel 35% is too light
mnk007
I do wish I had gone darker, but with the windshield at 50% it makes all the other windows look pretty dark sometimes. I'd rather not have completely black windows with a gray car, but rather dark windows that kind of match the body paint.
