subikid90
I still have to visit the dragon. I'm at Blood Mountain (Suches, GA) all the time though. Fun roads You need to hit up the west coast my friend. I know a few ppl around here can vouch for me on that. -Subikid90 1997 Legacy GT 5spd & EJ251 w/EJ25D heads ~10.5CR 1998 Legacy GT Limited waiting for EJ22T hybrid swap
TbirdMan
For my money, you can't beat a good Appalachian Mtn. road, and Tail of the Dragon is on the border of western NC and eastern TN. http://www.tailofthedragon.com/ plenty of camber in the corners but admittedly a bit busy on weekends. though there are other roads around here that are amazing and rather empty. Reuben
Man, I wouldn't go any where NEAR the tail of the dragon, looks fecking packed. You'd be stuck at 30 the whole way waiting for bloody overtaking spots. I get the most joy in the actual act of searching for hidden jems. That, and getting to know your fave local run so well you could do it blindfolded. You really become one with the car at that stage.

lulzcow
I happen to have quite the variety of roads around my place. I can leave my driveway and be on a 65mph highway, and by the time I hit 65 conservatively accelerating, turn onto some rarely used backroads. The AWD system and a lower center of gravity than most of the huge trucks around make it a blast to blaze through the corners, whether it's gravel to gravel, gravel/tarmac, or tarmac to tarmac. Backyard RallyX FTW!
