doctorbrody
I was under the car yesterday and saw that one of my AVO 90mm adjustable rear endlinks had come apart. The threads connecting the top and bottom had rusted out and would not screw back together and hold. I JB Welded it back together, clamped it overnight, and it's holding fine for now. Obviously this is not a permanent solution. I don't want new adjustable endlinks if they'll just rust out next winter, and the stock ones bent with my 20mm RSB so I'm not going back to stock. Does anyone know if the 70mm solid endlinks will work with a stock height OBXT? Or if there is a 90mm solid option out there?
snow05gtRI
i think rallitek makes a beefed up version of the stock endlink.
dftank2
I had had problems with the rallitek ones, on the stock height. They are much shorter then the stock ones.
cypher0117
I had had problems with the rallitek ones, on the stock height. They are much shorter then the stock ones. Rallitek recently released an updated version of their rear endlinks that fixed the problems people were having with them. This is the part number i received from them: RTK-HD-ELR
xt2005bonbon
doctorbrody, any update? Did you eventually get the Rallitek or another brand?
doctorbrody
I JB Welded the Rallitek endlinks back together. Is there anything JB Weld can't do?
xt2005bonbon
If I understand what you're saying, you had the AVO first; they rusted out; you JB welded them. Then you got rallitek; and you also JB welded them. So did the latter rust out also?
doctorbrody
Oh my bad, I never had the Rallitek - I JB Welded the AVOs.
