2011 WRX Wheels?

The 235/45's will be ~1" larger in diameter than the stock 215/45's, so you might want either the 225/45 or a 235/40, which is a bit harder to find and more expensive.

Also, 245/40 would fit the wheel fine and is the correct diameter, but with the offset of those wheels, you may run into clearance issues on the inside.

Looks great! I was very close to getting a set last spring, but didn't want such a heavy wheel for my 2.5i.

Current: 16 Crosstrek Premium w/ Eyesight & 05 Outback XT 5MT

Past Subies: 14 FXT Premium, 14 WRX hatch, 06 Legacy 2.5i SE 5MT, 98 Outback wagon

See specs. 245/40-17 is measured on 8.5 inch rim, with a recommend rim size of 8-9.5

17x8 WRX rim should be fine.

Also, the outer diameter is almost identical to the stock 215/45-17

Ah. I thought the '11 WRX wheels were 17x7.5.

A 245 is just fine on an 8" wheel.

Update: I'll have pics if people want them, but it seems that they will require a slight fender roll.

I'm on STI pinks and JDM Rev A Bilsteins.

The clearance is microscopic, so here's hoping my paint doesn't crack on a fender roll tomorrow. Should be a very minor roll to make it fit.

Before anybody asks... no they didnt fit... rear inside of the wheel rubbed the strut... but nothing a 5 or 10mm spacer wouldnt fix.

Bought these for the 04 wagon obviously but couldnt resist throwing them on the leggy.
