Kentbox
Just a quick question. Is there anything I need to know about switching out my old worn swaybar mounts with brand new ones? Are there any torque specs, or do I need to replace the bolts? If so, what do I need to get? I've never done this fix before and I don't want to screw anything up. Thanks. amp27
i would guess its just as smiple as tighten as needed and replace as needed. its not like you cant drive your car without swaybars.

Platinum_Racing
You can buy those bushings and install them without a machine press. The bushings that need the press are trailing arm and/or control arm/rod bushings. Those sway bar bushings have a slit in them, meaning when they are non-constrained by the sway bar mount they are NOT a complete circle. They have that slot cut/molded into them so that you can remove the bracket, slide the old ones off via the slit in the bushing, slide the new ones on and bolt the bracket back on. You can actually see the slot I'm talking about in the pics.
