So basically I have a clunk in the rear end of my 98 GT sedan, my friend who is a mechanic said that my shocks are shot and thats the reason for the clunk. All of the shocks, front and rear need to be replaced.

What do you guys suggest for shocks on someone with a tight budget?

throw some better springs on it too!

I need some spacers on mine unfortunately :/ the agx's are even better, they're adjustable and more meant for track stuff. but the gr-2s are a good mix of street and track.

a 98 audi has more problems than a 98 legacy; trust me I've been that route. the subaru can take a beating from previous owners and still be in good shape after everything, but the audi needs alot of special attention so little things don't fall apart. best example: electrical bugs. they're EVERYWHERE
