stevehecht
I was feeling pretty good till I looked at a poll on the polling forum (lease vs. buy and age) and noticed that there is no one in the legacygt group over age 56 (and I am almost 60!). rick When's your birthday? I'm almost 60 too. Let's arm wrestle! But of course I haven't been so silly to mod my Subaru. But I did upgrade my V6 Accord (suspension and wheels) and chipped and M3'd brakes, suspension, steering rack, and short-shiftered my E30.
Frogg
Installed an SPT catback and reflashed to Cobb stage 1 today on an otherwise stock spec.b. Sound is great and for the first time the acceleration is smooth as silk. I was feeling pretty good till I looked at a poll on the polling forum (lease vs. buy and age) and noticed that there is no one in the legacygt group over age 56 (and I am almost 60!). Should I sell this thing and get something more befitting my age? Like an old Cadillac Fleetwood or a Toyota Avalon? I am planning on going stage 2 when my warranty is up if I'm not in a nursing home by then . rick That's funny. I am 26 and drive a cadillac deville. Looks like we switched. but nah, drive what u like.
at7000ft
When's your birthday? I'm almost 60 too. Let's arm wrestle! But of course I haven't been so silly to mod my Subaru. But I did upgrade my V6 Accord (suspension and wheels) and chipped and M3'd brakes, suspension, steering rack, and short-shiftered my E30. Was 60 in June. Modding may sound like an activity for the young but the few mods I made we so simple to do and made such a difference that I would really recommend them to anyone with a LGT (at a minimum): cobb stage 1 reprogram, RSB, and catback (I did the SPT and there is no interference with the new Whiteline RSB). rick

Cossey
I'm 22 now and I wish my dad was into cars as much as I am. I did everything on my own growing up, but it would've been nice to have my dad help. If you older guys have kids, they are very lucky if they fall into this hobby of ours. On a side note, I'm almost excited to have kids so I can get them into kart racing and such.
