McDowell Performance Tunin
Many do so you can use the same location for the sensor, since it's suppose to be there. But, it can also break up. (that's why I went the STi route, also to keep the car looking stock) Either way, you can find aftermarket up pipes with, or without the bung for the egt sensor. If you have an 02+ turbo charged Subaru, the up pipes are the same shape, for all models. Example, I have an 05 STi up pipe in my 06 LGT and a guy I tuned has an 04 STi up pipe in his WRX. Here is a good thread to read through. http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/aftermarket-egt-probe-replace-stock-131234.html?highlight=egt+location This is why I do not have the sensor installed. I found this thread explains it well. www.facebook.com/mcdowelltuning [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Click Here for Stage1, Stage2 and Stage3 Tuning and eTuning Info
