Here's one of my 1st gen's. The only one currently operational,.

Man, that thing's in nice shape! I bought mine a bit scuffed

And as for "operational"...do you mean it runs well...or that it runs? lol

I'd love a turbo again...I miss my WRX. Question...do any other of yours have those clear lenses for the turn signals that you'd part with in exchange for currency?

Thanks, it isn't in bad shape at all, but it has its flaws. That picture does a great job in hiding them, haha. The one pictured runs great, but the other one I have is a different story. It's in a million pieces waiting for a transmission transplant.

I don't have any other clear lenses but, you may want to post on this board: http://bbs.legacycentral.org A lot of people part out the cars that have crossed over and have tons of extra parts.

Yeah, my car has a "good side" too. When I got it someone had already scraped the driver side bumper and the rear has a large dent in it in front

of the hatch...I'm assuming someone was riding a shopping cart and just nailed it or something :/

Crossed over XD Appreciate it, man. I'll check it out

The Blue one is my friend Bryan's. My brother sold it to him. Got spun into oncoming traffic by a runaway dumptruck then t-boned

by a cavalier and still running strong :D

Well, shipping anything would be a pain in the butt, but I may have a friend up that way that may be interested in the SS

Here's a couple a shots of my '91 SS 5MT, Rio Red. Currently running a JDM EJ20G, 3" TBE, AGX/Eibach and a few other bits.

Dang, that thing looks good. I like the WRX rims on the red. Perhaps I should put them on my wagon. What are they...205/55/R16's?

Thanks for the kind words.

Yep, the 205/55/16 squeeze in with my lowered hight with just a bit of fender rolling, at stock hight they would fit easy. I've always thought the WRX wheels look better on the first gen Legacy than the WRX.

Come spring I have a set of Prodrive P1 17 x 7 wheels that are going on with some 215/45/17s, I will likley need to roll the fenders a little more. Then the 16s will become my winter wheels and I can do a brake upgrade.

Red sure is the popular color so far.

I went with a 205/45/17 series tire for my 17x7 RS wheels, and they don't rub. Not sure what the offset is on the P1's, but I'd bet you may get away with not having to roll the fenders.

So op when and if you car turns 21, what you gonna do?

No clue...I suppose I could fix the dents and that rusty front quarter panel, paint it black and get it some tint and rims. I've been looking around lately for either a manual Impreza or a manual Legacy wagon for the trails so this one can be solely used as my DD since it's in good shape and just an auto. I'm planning on this car lasting me for a while. :D

If your looking for a trail/off road rig you might check out some of the older EA cars (DL/GL/Loyal) with the hi/lo 4WD 5MT. They are like boxy little tanks. This site is pretty much the center of the known universe for the old stuff: http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/
