Hanger
might be picking up a set of G-Force after i get back from Taiwan. Should i run 225/40/18 or 235/40/18. I probably won't be looking to drop the car more than it is and I won't be getting lateral links for the rear. here's the height of the car now: http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d70/Hangerr/Canon/IMG_0099.jpg I need your inputs on these^ Overboost Thanks and Happy New Year! ○ ○ ○ Instagram: itshangertime :spin: ○ ○ ○
0verboost
Here is how it will look like with the 235/40/18 tires and raised up similar to your height. It doesn't rub one bit at this height. This is how the car is sitting today. http://i866.photobucket.com/albums/ab229/sooperfresh/DSC_0279.jpg http://i866.photobucket.com/albums/ab229/sooperfresh/DSC_0280.jpg http://i866.photobucket.com/albums/ab229/sooperfresh/DSC_0277.jpg

BrownBoy
235/40/18 on 18x9 v.s. 225/40/18 on 18x8 will the sidewall be the same height? 40% of 235mm > 40% of 225mm
SnowBound BP5
235/40/18 on 18x9 v.s. 225/40/18 on 18x8 will the sidewall be the same height? No. But 235/40 will make your wheel well look like it's filled out more so you don't have to lower your car that much. Also there will be more padded protection for your wheels. Hanger
hmm considering the tires will be stretched, i doubt that there's gonna be padded protection for the wheels. But thanks for your input Will ○ ○ ○ Instagram: itshangertime :spin: ○ ○ ○

Hanger
yo Bobby, how come my tires look so small? looks like the inner lip of the tire isn't catching the outter trim of the rim. it's 235/40/18 on 18x9, can it be that the tire installer didn't do a good job mounting? http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d70/Hangerr/DSC09540.jpg http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d70/Hangerr/DSC09542.jpg ○ ○ ○ Instagram: itshangertime :spin: ○ ○ ○

JrBully
I'm new to this tire stretching, but I've notice that all tires don't stretch the same. Search the old aggressive fitment thread that use to be on here and you will see what I'm talking about.
Hanger
i need help with my rear fender. I've trim down the plastic mold piece by the rear doors, filed down the metal bracket but the rear is still rubbing a bit. It's too late to buy the 4boxpart's lateral links now... what should i do? ○ ○ ○ Instagram: itshangertime :spin: ○ ○ ○

SnowBound BP5
woo hoo Cake offered to cut the metal for me, such a nice guy Be careful what you must give in return. Btw, those lateral links have been long gone since last year. I hesitated and someone picked up the last pair.
