Still running strong on my AWD built Stage3 eninge. Just rolled past 20,000 miles on this set-up.

I currently have two maps made for this car since I work in West Texas.

91oct- 300hp/320tq at 15psi (getting 25-27mpg)

E85- 400hp/450tq at 25psi

AWDTuning Stage3 engine

-Darton Sleeves

-Arais Forged Piston

-Manley H beam connecting rods

-ACL bearings

-Nitrated coated STi crank

-GSC 272 Cams

-Stock valves, springs and ratainers, cause it's not a race car

Engine Mods:

APS TMIC (powdercoated)

Deadbolt Superzilla SZ55 (powercoated the housing)

1150cc DW Injectors

Grimmspeed 38mm External Wastegate Kit

Grimmspeed Phenolic Thermal Manifold Spacer 8mm

Grimmspeed Ported Intake Manifold (powdercoated)

Grimmspeed TGV Deletes (powdercoated)

Grimmspeed 3-port BCS

KS Tech 83mm Short Ram

AWDTuning Catch Can

Forged BOV

Perrin Header

Invidia Catless Downpipe

Magnaflow Exhaust

DW 300lph Fuel Pump

ACT HD-SS Clutch w/Extreme Pressure Plate

Clutch Masters 14lb Lightweight Flywheel

Suspension/ Wheels:

Rays g-games 18' Wheels

STi Strut Bar

Perrin 25mm Front Sway Bars

Perrin 22mm Rear Sway Bar

Whiteline Front Endlinks (wasnt a fan of the Perrin ones I had)

Whiteline Rear Endlinks

Whiteline H-brace (powdercoated)

Perrin PSRS kit

JIC coilovers

Pretty Stuff:

Interior underglow lighting

Baked and Painted headlight housings to black

Plasti dipped Front Grill

Plasti dipped Optima Red Top Battery

Painted Subaru emblems dark gray

Debadged

I also had to recently replace my rear diff because it just randomly broke on me last year. After taking it apart and talking with many Subaru dealerships, it seems it was a dud part from the factory. There was no reason it should have broken. Thanks Subaru

(I put the changes in bold)

My original set-up only had the

-Perrin Top Mount

-Perrin downpipe (that never fit right because it was made for a LGT)

-GS 38mm EWG

-Lightweight Pulley

-Tuned on 93oct by awdtuning

This set up was very reliable and put down 248whp and 288tq and 24mpg

Keith put a very very conservative tune on here since it was my first time driving a 6-speed and I was still getting to know my car.

I'm confused

confused about why the Perrin downpipe didn't fit my car? It was made for 05-06 5MT LGTs and I'm an 09 6MT SpecB.

I ran it for a min but it rubbed and and wasn't long enough. We had to run an extention with it just to get it to work, but it still had an exhaust leak. Needless to say, it didn't stay on the car long.

Did perrin screw up on their first version pipes?

That's what im confused about. because the only fitments for downpipes are whether it's an MT or AT. this goes for 05-09 LGTs(includes spec b).

Just realized that I forgot to post my numbers. For those who don't know me, I am Keith's wife. While, yes I am one of the owners of AWD, I do not work there full time. I am a full time landman for an energy company and I work in West Texas. I work where there isn't even 93 oct. My car is currently de-tuned for West Texas 91 oct (even though I refuse to put 91 in it, so I run 93 oct). I am currently tuned for fuel efficency, not power. As soon as I'm done with my project in West Texas, which could be as soon as this week, then I will be back on E85.

I currently am tuned to 15lbs on 91oct pushing 300hp/320tq.

On E85 I push 400hp/450tq at 25psi

I don't know. I bought the downpipe used from a friend who had an 05 LGT. I just remember that it didn't fit because it was too short. I replaced it with an Invidia downpipe off an 08 STi and didn't have any fitment issues.

Nice shot. I really need to black out my headlights and grille. Is this with the JIC Coilovers already installed?

No. we just installed the JIC coilovers yesterday. No photos of that yet expect what I posted on facebook. http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.449204926343.240772.119591231343&type=1#!/photo.php?fbid=10150879319386344&set=a.200218626343.129535.119591231343&type=1&theater

But lol. it's not riding that low. My hubby promised me that he wouldn't change the ride height on the car since I work in West Texas where they don't believe in nice smooth roads.. or even driveways sometimes. lol

Thank you. :)

Keith put my baby back on E85 for me last night since I'm going to be working from DFW for the next few months! Oh how I've missed 400hp. The drive to work this morning was amazing.

Now off to the track. Thinking about running the legacy at the 1/8th for the first time ever tonight.

Ran the legacy at the track tonight. lol Clutch is GONE!

ACT XTSS cluth + 450wtq + pass on the track = toasted clutch!

With that being said, we still ran a 9.2 with an 86mph trap. No bad considering the clutch smoked the whole way down the track lol

Think I'm gonna test drive a Clutch Masters 6puck and see if I like that.

My Legacy at IFO in April of 2013. At the time it was pushing 420whp/420wtq on E85 on my Deadbolt SZ55 turbo.

This is my legacy at IFO in November of 2013 pushing over 550whp/500wtq. Will (my business partner and one of the owners of awdtuning) raced it that day but didn't do anything impressive because we were testing.

This is my engine bay at the Gillman SW Houston Big Event in October of 2013 where I took home 1st place for best legacy

right now I'm tuned on E85 on an experimental fuel system (which is why I haven't posted any details about it). I haven't and don't have any plans to tune on any other fuel since this is still my daily driver.

But I do have the new fuel system going in very soon (just waiting on some free time) and I plan to turn it up a bit. My goal is 600whp.

My end goal for 2014 is to run a 10.9 in the 1/4 mile. *fingers crossed*
