xVern
Looks like its been awhile since anyone has done this. I bought a near stock grill out of my own confusion, so i just bought a crown vic grill to try this with! That being said, anyone have any recent updates to this process? Squiden
It's been over 5 years, and mine is still holding strong with no issues! Here's to another 5 years for the grill :-)

StoplightAssassin
Just bought a CV grill... what have I gotten my self into? Just take your time. Measure twice. Sand it until it is perfect. I would advise against spray painting unless you have a warm place to do it. I can also say I originally sprayed my grille flat black. Recently I painted it gloss black and I realized I should've used gloss from the start.
Smithcraft
I was going to mention that '65 Mustangs had a honeycomb grill, but I looked up the prices on repop grills, and the CV grill is much more affordable!
