rao Posted March 5, 2005 Share Posted March 5, 2005 There was a high pitched "squeek, squeek" that was originating somewhere in the passenger's footwell area. Sometimes it was better,s ometimes worse. Today it was worse and now it is gone I localized it to the door and pulled the door panel off. Turns out that it was the mounting for the mirror. Loosened the bolts, tightened them back up and the squeek is gone. I hope this helps anyone else who runs into this noise.
