itsme
When you are doing a turbo upgrade and FMIC as John is, it is very necessary to go further than a drop in filter.Well "they" say that the stock intake is good to 350hp. But, it mostly come down to the stock box won't fix with the FMIC piping. Plus intakes look cooler and make your car sound fast. We also found that K&N typhoon intakes flow about 7% more air by dataloging. My 20G is getting close to maxing out my typhoon. I think if I get e85 I may have to get a big MAF intake. RayC
silicone couplers with bends and changes in radius are always expensive. price out on ebay the cost of doing the same thing with two (looks like about 60 degree) bends with the changes in radius, plus the piece of tubing to connect the two, plus clamps. should be about the same.
