Except that the original version had a link to a particular gambling site, and subsequent investigation revealed that the poster was just a spammer. I used to hang out on a site that was sorta taken over by trolls and crapflooders (it was a bloodless coup - all of the thinking users just left after a while). Anyway, they would brag about their trolling exploits and such. I have to wonder how if such people are now prolonging the thread by pretending to be Nick and/or his friends, family, allies, etc. At this point it might just be the trolls who are keeping the thread from fading away.
