Whats a 442?

Ugh..!!!! Sacreligious words! Look it up! It was one of the great musclecars of the Musclecar Era. The late 80's version was crap (had a 307 if IIRC). The Hurst Olds models looked similar and had some nifty shifters

Ahhh teh youngsters. :spin:

My point exactly...

What happens when some of the great Subaru cars have that as the response...

One of the great American muscle cars in the same league as the Chevelle SS.

Look up the W30 model with a Olds 455 V8 that generated over 500 ft-lb of torque.

My first car was a Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme...my dream car was a 442 for a LONG time...

I enjoyed my dad's Aurora, though the 4.0L V8 as not all that powerful. 250 hp, 260 tqs.

If you aren't boxer and awd then what are you? Well you are the poor bastard who is now jumping in the sedan arena that Nissan, Toyota and Honda rule! And they will show no mercy. I think someone has been feeding the corporate heads at Subaru some ego inducing drugs.
