rushak Posted November 9, 2011 Share Posted November 9, 2011 Odd thing...I start up my car this morning for work and I notice my radio is on, but no audio. I switch to the cd and I have audio, I go back to the radio and nothing. At this point, I'm thinking the radio is screwed up. I haven't tried messing with the aux-in board in about a month. While driving to work, I press the "aux" button on my dial for the hell of it, low and behold, the radio audio comes back on. WTF? I press the button again and it goes back to the aux signal. I plug my phone into my jack and it's playing music! I still haven't done the mod on the aux-board yet and the channel has a faint hum/crackle in it. I'm guessing this is because I don't have a GLI wired in. I'm happy it's currently working, but there must be a short somewhere. Electronics are so weird.
