well, it will be stockish height, don't want to loose the sleeper look, just want a better driving car. the coils won't be going on until i have the other suspension stuff built up as well, and probably some new tires so i don't kill myself, hopefully.

sounds good. just got off the phone w/ DW...they could have a set of 900-950cc injectors for me, semi-custom kind of thing, they don't ever really stock them, just happen to be making a set though this week. $600. hmm, too bad i just bought that set of coilovers, can't afford those now, but will def hit them up for them later :)

Groff, I'm the married one. is there someone else? that would be nice that I'm not the only one.

CooCoo, I got you on the list.

And I'll let everyone know as soon as I find out from all the group offers.

Also, I like cheap. Since my wife's a great cook, I don't care to spend alot on food.

I'm the other married guy. My wife doesn't let me get out much by myslelf, so just give me a good weeks notice before the next meet ;) As far as food, I'm up for whatever.

Def. keep me posted about the tires.

Also, If any of you guys are interested in going to the drag strip in Quebec, I'm probably going this friday with a couple other guys (as long as the boss/wife says its ok :D.

2005 LGT w/ dom. 3 + meth - Sold.

haha, i was just talking w/ colin about going to the track. looks like napierville isn't going to happen for me, working during the weeknights doesnt help since its $5 tues/fri nights. i'm looking into NE dragway now

Ahh that sucks, we got a good group going. My brothers buddy with a heavily modded S4, and my buddy Joey with his built RS running a FP green...car only weighs like 2500 lbs.

I may not be married, but I'm well on the way. The g/f is pretty cool with whatever I do... She's not really a social person though so if I go out, usually it's on my own.

I'm not much of a drag race person (although I do admit it would be interesting to see how a stock 08 does...), and I don't have a passport readily available...so no QC for me.

guys...

would it matter what series of 17" snows we are offered for the cheapest price? so far 205/50/17 is the cheapest, which is $30 less per tire than the 225 and 215/45/17. according to professional opinions, 205/50 is better for snow:

1) http://www.legacygt.com/forums/showpost.php?p=68297&postcount=1

2) http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=524624

but regardless, are we willing to ride on any of the three series for snows for the best price?

if not, tell me which series you want.

or are we more concerned about the brand/ model of the snow tire?

me? I'm more about cost/ deals.

give me your opinions ASAP. I need to negotiate to get prices with details. ;)

thanks.
