GTCanada
Not a fan of debadging or of adding fake badges either. Debadging does make it easier to clean however. Tom

Guest *Jedimaster*
Take the Subaru off and leave the Legacy 2.5GT. To me, it looks kind of unbalanced with the 2.5GT only because the GT is so big: 2.5GT

LandShark
I only removed the "2.5" The SUBARU on the left balances nicely with the LEGACY on the right. The GT just looked too manly to remove! Nobody (that doesn't know already) needs to know it's a 2.5 liter engine.

Blaze
I've been debating the trunk debadging also. One of these weekends I may actually take the plunge.
thatmank
debadge. make them wonder. those who know, will know. those who don't...who cares. also, cleaning & waxing around the letters is a pain.
tsyGT
Debadge. I took it all off. Tried to see if I put the GT back somewhere else if it would look ok but couldn't find anywhere that looked nice, so now the G and T are in my trunk! tom tom

ih8vtec13
I'm thinking all or nothing, i just want to make sure that it wont add too much extra attention from the police. One of my friends said my car looks "shady" enough in NY with CT plates and 35 tints all around.
ADirtyLegacy
im confused...is debadging suppose to be "cool"? its about in the same boat as an 'A' on a Honda or the infamous 'Type R'. let it be. be proud of what you bought...don't try to hide it. jsafe
So for those who have taken them off I take it that there is not any little holes left after you remove them?? they are all just stuck on? how did you get the "glue" off as well? thanks

DAP
Took mine off as soon as I learned there wern't pins into the body work. All that lettering makes the car look clutterd, and it is a pain to clean arround. If Subaru want's me to advertise for them, they can pay me. PGT
I had to pay the $250 ad fee when I got my car......SOA got their money's worth for advertising (my first Subaru). The tailgate was too busy looking with all the chrome logos, the back-up lights, and the chrome accent strip. It looks 'right' with just the stars logo.
