rvlmtfnk
damn. i want. wonder how much power it puts out... with a 2jz-gte, it could well handle up to 1000hp. but in such a lightweight package, that thing must be insane!
BOXRPWR
for non-Honda kooks like me, can somebody translate that engine in terms of displacement, # cylinders, etc.?
underpowerd
iirc, that is a supra engine...
rvlmtfnk
yep. 3.0l, twin turbo, inline six... a buddy has one back in asia. one thing i do know is that i'd probably never have the balls to floor that thing. haha.

Barrok
Holy mother... I guess a supercharged s2000 doesn't even come close... there was one with 350hp on ebay a few days ago. But this one would smoke it I imagine.
Lie495s14
because of its missing-fire system. no turbo lag, you get boost at very low rpm.
bosco
that turbo looks like it's off a semi. bosco Stay Stock Stay Happy
Barrok
I would need a life insurance policy on me for my wife, a very big one, if I got a car like that
rvlmtfnk
just curious, how would one get insurance for a car like that, and how would it pass inspection?
gianspi
In the ebay listing, it says he won't disclose hp/dyno sheet until after you buy it....?? sounds fishy enough zip ties and duct tape will fix anything.
loserpro2
OMFG that is one crazy S2000. and it's with a Supra Engine swap too! and with a stock s2000 exterior and interior look, that is one hell of a TRICKED OUT ride!
AWDxBOOST
these cars are put together at a shop in florida. they usually put out about 700+hp with the shops setup. with higher boost 800 is easily achievable
mickeyd2005
The supras had twin turbos but this one appears to be plumbed for a single gt45. Wish I knew more about these cars. Price is certainly affordable. Just not sure what it would take to maintain such a beast. I mean... I don't even know what kind of ecu or tuning this thing would use. Hokiebird
No way do those tires put down that kind of power. It probably runs a 15 sec 1/4 because it's a smoke show the whole way.
mickeyd2005
I have never seen a car with a turbo the size of the GT45 with such a small diameter muffler (single muffler too).
