Pictures of the Saleen shop

Hmm, pretty sure that a co-worker was there that day...considering he does own a Viper and is a member of the VCOM:p

I should go check it out...the factory is only about 45 miles away from me. I think he even said they have tours weekly.

panhard bar

To keep the rear end centered;) Its a live-axle thing:p

Mike......that is the Parnelli Jones edition car. N/A 302 400bhp, stiff pricetag though 55-60k:(:(:(

Great pics!!!

Why exactly is the Viper club having a meet & getting a tour????? Where is the brand faithful & BTW.....nothing Saleen offers other than the S7 200k+ can hang with the 08 Viper;)

Very impressive factory & store, now I know why there cars are so pricey:rolleyes:

Well, gotta have something to aspire to. I mean, the S7 is one impressive machine....seems to me these Viper guys would want to upgrade to something American most likely.

I like Saleen's glass roof for the Mustang...

A mix of S281 with the Parnelli Jones front bumper, and rear treatment and wheels, sans orange paint, sans louvers. WITH the glass roof.

that laser red color (the S281 with the glass roof...) is kinda hot. Sonic blue would also look cool

5.0 Cammer engine, 6MT, and Control Freak Suspsension's SLA front and rear suspension refit, or Griggs Racing... but independent suspension, however it can be done.

A weight-loss regimen, and recovering most of the interior with alcantara-like material, and modern recaro seats.

more than 400 naturally aspirated horsepower in a modern take on a trans-am car (not a retro take on a modern interpretation of a old car...) with closer to 3250-3500lbs, rather than the nearly 4000lbs that the mustangs like the Shelby GT500 tend to weigh...

I would like that sort of a mustang. short of that, I would definitely take the porsche instead.

Be ready for NOT to drive it that much though...

These cars keep their same values (a 2000 Carrera Turbo is still 50-55K - with 20K miles)...

So for a drive around the block once in a while it's the greatest car ever!!!!

hehehehe
