TDC,

Do you know what the difference is between the S-Techs and the Cobbs? Also, are these on factory struts? Did you have to roll the fenders as well?

Sorry for all the questions; just want to cover all the points before I go ahead with this.

Also, TDC, sent you a PM on a side note.

Sorry guys, I was busy fabbing and welding up a new revision of the Megan Racing catback. It thought I had it all fabbed up and ready to weld yesterday, but when I dry fitted it at my buddy's shop, one side was waaaaay off and it was back to cutting :icon_mad::mad: Anyways, took me a lot longer than I had planned for and I had to get back home to get a nice Valentine's Day dinner ready, so pics will have to wait for tomorrow.

The Cobb Springs are designed specifically for the factory struts. I talked to Jon when he was down in Maryland, he said the Cobb Springs are the ideal setup for those who are looking to put springs on. I have heard they ride very close to stock. I am going with a set of cobb springs and f/r cobb sways in the spring.

Finally washed my car and made her pretty again, so here are the pics. As a little bonus for you guys, you'll also get a sneak preview of a new muffler/tip option that I might be offering for the Megan Racing LGT catback :)

I like those tips, but I think they would look better with a slant cut so that it matches the slope of the bottom bumper.

It's hard to tell, but are those tips double walled?

The tips that are on there were just what was handy in the dead prototypes stock at MR. More than anything else I was trying out a different muffler design and seeing how they fit. The tips that are on there now are 4" diameter, single wall, straight cut with a removable silencer. The silencer is out in the pics. If MR decides to make this new version, the tips will likely be angle cut. I'm undecided of whether to go with a single wall tip with the removable silencer, or a double wall tip.

Please keep the silencer option:icon_bigg
