Blackwagonman
So here is the million dollhair question. Has anyone made a list of all the upgrades needed to convert a GT to STI wagon?

IwannaSportSedan
Black or Regal Blue Legacy GT Wagon with 5MT and black interior. That means 2005. To be really purist, it would be a non-limited GT without the sunroof, with leather seats put in... more on that later. Baseline engine upgrade: STI transplant intake, intercooler, turbo, up and down pipes, SPT catback or other CBE. Larger fuel injectors. Red valve covers. Maybe ATS intake. TDC pro-tune. Bilstein struts with compatible STI pink springs, Spec B aluminum suspension links. JDM 20mm rear sway bar, or cusco swaybars. Brembo brake upgrade front and rear. STI transplant or STI-catalog kit.2007 Spec B 6MT transmission swap, maybe rear differential, too. STI 6MT short shift linkage. 2004 STI wheels, or Prodrives or something that an STI might otherwise wear. 245/40-18 grippy tires. Interior: STi smaller-diameter steering wheel and airbag with STI logo. STI 6MT shift knob. 2007 Spec B blue-alcantara insert seats and door panels. A black non-sunroof STI-edition headliner and pillar covers, if you can import them. As long as we're talking about importing parts, and replacing the headliner... the JDM luggage rack rail delete panels, too. STI door sills, STI wheel centers, STI door decals, STI grille and tailgate badges. Grille badge would look best in an RBS or other JDM mesh style grille, without the wings in the center. Sprinkle in other STI or aftermarket touches as you see fit. If you really want to go nuts, a JDM Spec B front and rear bumper conversion, HID headlights, fully red tail lights, and LED rear fog light. Blackwagonman
Hey Everyone, Thanks for the information. It doesn't appear like a cost effective plan to try and piece together an STI wagon. Although, it does let me know where subaru chose to put there upgrades. Don't forget the STi brake fluid, engine oil, tranny fluid and washer fluid. It's all way high super performance, developed for rallye!
