MacLGT-B
Santa came a little early, Just got the emblem in the mail today and yes it's on a template. I'll be installing it over the weekend. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v511/MacR32/Emblem002.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v511/MacR32/Emblem001.jpg
Fat Charlie
122- I talked to our recon guy today. He says that rubbing alcohol is just fine. His guys use an "enamel reducer" that they call by its part number. I've got a gallon can on one of my shelves, and when the techs ask for it I don't even hear the number, I just go get the can. Anyway he said that what you really need is a solvent that evaporates quickly. Rubbing alcohol fits the bill. I can't believe the template. It's two, two, two nameplates in one! rallysquirrel
2007 Spec B rear badge 93073AG560 I'd be better off taking some fishing line to their 2007 spec b on the lot. 2006Specb122
How about I sell you mine Subaru & Legacy & SpecB for $20. I've debadged my car. PM me Why did you have to debadge like that? It will cost you $75 to go back to stock! I can't buy yours! They will not stick and it will be near impossible to get them all on straight!!! I'm just telling him...he took off perfectly good badging... accurate badging on top of that!!!!
Vimy101
^ You have your 06 badging. Between the two delectable brich leather seats, you'll see a small plack with a number on it. Debadging or rebadging is the same as putting flame decals on a car.

rallysquirrel
specb122 you almost made me spit out my Reeses chocolate. The car is paid off and is cleaner looking. You'd never know from the outside that it's a specB, and I like it that way. Next I'd like to remove SI drive from the shifter console. It's just plain tacky. 2006Specb122
WOW...sounds like you should have got an 06.. You want the SI drive OUT! You want NO BADGING...next you'll tell me you want red leather seats!! Sorry for being nosey....did you say the 07 was PAID OFF... Now you have to explain where someone gets 35k dollars in cash! please
Fat Charlie
Camouflage. I want my car to look like it's going 20mph slower than it actually is. Moving the intercooler and getting a solid hood may be past my budget, but I immediately got rid of the chrome that was screaming "Look at me, I'm a turbo!" I left enough on to tell what kind of car it is but read like a base model. One idea I've been toying with is tearing off that "spoiler" and putting on a rear air deflector to make it look even slower.
MacLGT-B
I wanted to get the Spec.b Emblem closer to the Legacy one so I didn't use the templete... http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v511/MacR32/Spec.jpg NEXT, I'll be buying the "AWD" Emblem & installing under the "SUBARU" Emblem just to balance thing out. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v511/MacR32/Spec-1.jpg

Also, where did you find the AWD emblem and how much, part number, where did you order. Do you have a link? Part # 91174SA050, Here's the link... https://www.subarugenuineparts.com/product_info.php?products_id=985 Although I'll be picking it up from my local Subaru Parts Dept. for about $25.00, I just have to wait a couple of day as opposed to waiting a couple weeks if I were to place the order on online. I'll get you some picture by next week. If you want to get the Spec.b closer to the Legacy Emblem, just make a straight cut about 1/4" above the "B" from left to right. Then install the Legacy Emblem First while it's still on the templete, now you can align the Spec.b Emblem while it's still on the templete below the Legacy one. Do this at your own risks. You have make sure when cutting the templete you get it right the first time. This is how it looked on my '04R32

2006Specb122
Except for the paint color and the wheels...spec b giveaway!!! MAC..on the AWD emblem... I'd think I'd like to do that! Just curious what car/s did that come on and what years? Since I had to take the AWD label off the windows for tinting I'd like to have something on the rear of the car. For some reason I have this nightmare that someone is goign to try and tow the car and tell me later..
