they did a good job of ruining the rear of the sedan.

do we really need that chrome strip to highlight the taillamps?

and the rear fogs, really, i mean really could not have been designed much worse than that.

interior is way too messy. same with the front facia, they tried to add a shit ton of flair without having to change it much.

BIG thumbs down

07 (usdm) ftw

don't think the rear fogs will make it to the USDM Legacy since it isn't required on cars in the states (i think?) so they will probably decide to save a few bucks and take that out.

and they will probaby leave the Ebrake on the right since they can save some bucks there too buy using same center console molding.

Surprisingly Subaru does not cheap out and they alter many parts for LHD/RHD. Dash, lamps, etc. This is actually nice, and I appreciate the brake lever on the driver's side. OTOH, if they can avoid putting something on the car althogether, that's another story.

Appropriately, I think the rear bumper looks like A**. What were they thinking with the corner markers? Other than that, I think it is well executed. Too bad they don't have a drive and buy program like BMW and Mercedes.

I disagree i like the new rear.

WTF, Mate? How is it in the way? Of what?

I hate reaching across the middle to pull up on it.

I want a cupholder cover. That's where all my loose change goes now that they took away the coin tray by the fuse box by my left leg.

+1 on the ebrake

I hate the parking brake digging into my right leg, just above my knee. it's either that, or my knee rubbing on the steering wheel, and my foot off the gas pedal.

Still, that is better than the miata... where both happen at once... :D

reaching three inches to the right to pull up on the parking brake would not be too hard. as long as it doesn't aggravate the passenger.

My baja's ebrake and the legacy's and outback from '00-04 have the brake on the other side than the 05+ legacy/outback's. I hated having to reach over my drinks to get the brake.

Exactly, I physically do not fit in the '05+ because of the parking brake. It hits me right at the lip or under my knee cap. I have tried so many times to fit, it just doesn't work. And yet I try to convince myself I am normal.....

I think IwannaSportSedan and I are the only two with this problem. Oh well.

Hey, maybe I can just get a JDM console.......

Peace,

Greg
