Th3Franz
I do it when I notice wear on the fronts. It's probably more every 10k for me. -Franz The end of a Legacy http://www.youtube.com/th3franz

snoman
I'm coming up on 10k miles, and I still don't notice any uneven wear on the tires. I'll probably rotate them soon anyway. If the car is aligned well, I think every 5k miles is a little excessive. Just keep an eye on your treads and make sure the front tires aren't wearing faster than the rears. bluesuby
The tires get rotated when I switch to/from snows. Works out to maybe 10k for the summers and 5k for the snows.
pillboy
Twice a year. Spring (after things get cleaned up) and fall (before things get messy). Year round mileage is pretty consistent. It is still ugly.
Wales Garage
I rotate every 3k miles, thats about how long it takes for my tires to feather up front.
