^^ Please explain why that is rice Nils. I still don't think you understand the concept even with a thread full of examples.

I think someone tried to post some ghey, fuzzy pic of this abortion early on (probably because he saw it on the interwebz), but this car is sadly from my neck of the woods. These shots were taken at the Fox Run Mall in Newington NH by a friend of mine. This car passed me on Rt. 16 shortly after he posted them to my page... I nearly wrecked when it drove by:eek:. I can absolutley assure you, this guy LOVES his wife... a little too much I think?

if they are handicapped, the hubcaps could be a solution (albeit an ugly looking one...) to people parking too close to the car - it's all sorts of fun trying to get into your car when some pinhead parks close to your door when you are on crutches or otherwise have difficulties walking...

being disabled and dealing with the disabled and disability rights I find this comment rather beneath anyone. you should be thankful you have no disabilities. just be aware you could become disabled in less than a second

at anytime.

Of course they are parked in the handicap spot! Why wouldn't they be? Anyone that can drive that car must be mentally disabled.

And those hubcaps seems to be designed to create more handicapped people. Around here that car would have been banned from road use since it would be a danger to others.

Here it varies from state to state - some don't allow the wheels to protrude beyond the fenders, but in others there are no such restrictions - it's the same way with lifted vehicles - some states limit how high the bumpers have to be, others don't (I think in NM the only restriction is that the rear lights be no more than six feet above the ground (!) - puts the vehicles bumpers well above the safety features of most modern cars - get t-boned by a lifted truck around here and you are looking at fatalities.

Who knows why the hubcaps are the way they are - if they are to get space, I totally get it as it's really rough for handicapped around here - hell, people will even park on the areas marked off between handicap spots (to allow van access, etc.) and will argue with you about how they aren't in the handicapped spot - it's really pretty insane. We deal with it all the time with one of my kids.
