I come from a V8('64 tripower GP,'69 mustangs, '56 Ford F-100 with built chevy 327) backround and I thought it gave the 2.0L flat 4 a nice rumble. I'm running Bola XR1 and 2 magnaflow now and it sounds great. Bought Paul's(boostjunkie) 19" wheels and tires 3. got the Jazzy mod for my Sirius radio 4. painted foglight covers Black 5. RBS lip 6. JDM waist spoiler for my wagon 7. K&N Typhoon intake 8. DIY grill and mesh in lower grill opening 9. Whiteline F & R adj. swaybars 10. Kartboy shifter and front bushing 11. Tinted the sunroof(why would they make a piece of glass that big and not tint it?) 12. Took out the kartboy front bushing. ( It made it hard to shift and made the tranny hum. That's not good. Now it shiftes great.) 13. put on the F&R whiteline lat. locks on the swaybars heres more in the last year this was posted on 3-4-07 14. DRL mod 15. cubby mod and added boost gauge and oil pressure gauge 16. Got Ap with TDC stage 1 map for typhoon intake (very nice) 17. got '06 6 disc MP3 w/acc ( sounds better the the old stock. The music has more detail.) 18. installed Superpro standard poly lower control arm bushing( gets rid of the wandering on highway and more feel at the wheel. Turns smoother) 19. Stage 2 with a PDE up and Crucial shorty and tdc stage 2 map.( very nice power all over the powerband. Alot more off boost power.) 20. added 3" SS mandrel bented exhuast w/ 3" hi flow cat, 3" Borla XR1 as resanator and split to dual 2.25" magnaflow mufflers. This improved the power over just mod 19. 21. yesterday I install Cusco F&R lower braces to my Wagon. I can say it does make the car stiff. When I go over bump I hear less creaks and squeaks. It's even better in turn and hold line better with my other suspension mods. 22. I painted the lower half of the rear bumper to look like the sedan. 23. on monday my AVO Rear sway brace will be in. Next I'm almost done with my "DIY FMIC". I should be done in about the next month if I get enough time. then I will be done. Attached Thumbnails That was posted on 6-12-07 24. AVO brace is on 25. KW V.2 to replace my sagging h-tech. 26. I got rid of the AP and now open source stage2 makeing arond 280whp on cali 91 octane 27. I have a ACT clutch and LWFW waiting to go on when my stock clutch gives out. I really like my setup. I hit boost target of 20.5 psi @3300 rpms and hold 19psi all the way to 7k rpms. 4/17/11 update: I had the wrong ACT setup(that's what I get for being cheap. now I have a Clutch master fx300 setup. = pedal the same as stock , very easy to drive, holds well, and great daily driver repalced my XO2 FMIC with my own Racer X FMIC . Now it has overbored compressor side with a clipped T58 Billet wheel and they bored the hotside and put in a bigger wheel. The old wheel had 11 blades the new one has 12. I haven't got a change to tune it yet but it seems spool faster. That's it so far. Here is the JDM front end painted. Maybe you find a rubber plumbing plug that you can clamp over the hole. That way if you ever wanted to go back to stock you could unlike something more permanent like epoxy. Hardwired my V1, AUX MOD!!! and installed my mirror mount bracket 4. Removed the intake silencer because i'm a ricer 5. Installed my Kartboy STS and bushings 6. Tinted my windows because I work in Detroit 7. Deleted that satanic door open chime and seatbelt chime 8. Hardwired duel 12 volt adapter for my bluetooth device and my phone charger 9. Anarchy Motive shift knob for the win 10. Installed my dashcam and hardwired it. Forgot the 'tuned my own car' part. That's in there somewhere. Purchased Grimmspeed turbo heat shield 5. Purchased new oem brake pads and centric front rotors 6. Replaced all fluids, oil, diff and brake using Motul 7. Purchased Gates timing belt kit and oem water pump 8.
