RuskiTrombone
I am lowered with Tein springs and I am on 18s and got stuck in a foot of snow today. I had to rock it back and forward for like 15 minutes. At first it wouldn't move an inch and my ABS light kept coming on. After a little while it started to move more and more and I finally got out. Lowered cars, even with awd and snow still don't mix well.

rallispec
2 inches of snow on saturday night, and the legacy AWD worked like a champ... however, Sunday morning - trying to get through 10 inches of snow -- not so well. (keep in mind the 1-2" drop on my car as well) anyhow, moving forward I didnt have much of a problem, however i did get a little snow plow action going on. However Reverse PUMELED the underside of my car. Both mudflaps / spats in front of the rear tire came off, and the front plastic tray (below the oil filter) was mutulated. I will say that the car still held up and never got stuck.

It hadn't snowed since....2 months I've waited!! I din't realise that the G35 was so bad. I was watching the news and saw some lady getting pushed out of a few inches of snow by some guys after her G35 got stuck. I thought those things had traction control or limited slip. My 2.5i performed flawless in the snow yesterday it was awesome!!
sgt
lol, my friend had a g35. that thing was pathetic in low traction situations. traction control was pretty ineffective. couldnt get the car to move at all

My 2.5i performed flawless in the snow yesterday it was awesome!! Even with High end all season tires, I'll some up the G35 VDC like this: It is great at keeping you from slip sliding in the snow because it won't spin the wheels at all. It just gives up all together. Turn the VDV off and you can here the miles spinning off your tires in futility. It was fine when I lived on flat land. Add a few degrees of incline and forget it. I actually heard it say: "I quit, leave me here!"
