Rear Sway Bar

Recommended Posts

Hi folks. Have  a 2023 Legacy Premium which has the same lose ride as a 2015 legacy I previously had. Ended up installing a 20mm anti sway bar on it which really improved the handling.  https://www.bamwholesaleparts.com/oem-parts/subaru-stabilizer-bar-20451va000?origin=pla&gclid=Cj0KCQjw0tKiBhC6ARIsAAOXutnu2lDtSgMTBlcpQRdbAbdvxIgvsXV5KOHK59fTN75KalVLQOZCAOsaAs2qEALw_wcB

Anyone else out there that have upgraded thier sway bar on this generation Legacy?

This Content Is Relevant To My Interests

According to the very imprecise measuring I did on my '21 Touring, it has a 19mm rear sway bar.

So, Suby is using the last gen sway bar, even on the "new" platform? Huh. Lot cheaper than the Whiteline part...

Great information. Was it also necessary to replace the bushings? The matching part number is 20464VA000.

Would like to know this as well (new bushing?) as whether a sway-compatible  bracket, links etc were also needed or did the stock ones work somehow?
