rao
If you are concerned call Subaru (or go to any Subaru dealer) and give them your VIN number and they can cehcek if the car was subject to the recall and if the recall was done. Rob IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR YOU SHOULD NEVER DRIVE IT
goneskiian
If your car was affected you would have already been contacted by Subaru or your dealer. I think only a couple dozen cars max got off the lots without the refolded bags. All the other were caught before the left the dealer/factory. If you are really that concerned the above advice from rao is right on. Cheers! -Ian
Driver72
Unless you got the car in the first week or two of release, your car has the fixed side airbag problem.
gtguy
And wagons are all fine. Just sedans were affected. Kevin
Ken S
I believe it affected the first 150 sedans that made it to dealers. Unless you were one of the very first people (ie. pre-June), you don't need to worry. Ken
firedawgs
Subaru has said that they either fixed the problem or contacted the dealer or owner of the problem. It only effected something like 145 automobiles too. But, you can always call your local dealer and they could look it up by VIN number too.
