Considering selling, no idea the value

This might be the wrong forum, but I could use some expert help.  I am the original owner and considering selling my 05 LGT Limited 5MT.  It's almost entirely stock with 115k miles on the clock.  Mostly stock because the only thing I did was swapped the radio/HVAC out for JDM controls and a Pioneer head unit. 

 

What would be a reasonable range for private sale?

That’s a solid maintenance history, and depending on condition I’d guess you’re toward the upper range of the estimates. Pending interior and exterior hopefully not being sun damaged. No rust could be a huge plus for an enthusiast. Up north or west you’d probably have a nice easy sale.
