neeksimons
I wanna install this defi din gauge pack like the oem one but I don't need the boost gauge so this would better suit me. I want to know if this would fit into the little cubby hole above the clock in the dash without too much effort? How would I secure it? https://www.ebay.com/itm/294595825079?chn=ps&norover=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-117182-37290-0&mkcid=2&itemid=294595825079&targetid=1262931797162&device=c&mktype=&googleloc=9030100&poi=&campaignid=15275224983&mkgroupid=131097072938&rlsatarget=pla-1262931797162&abcId=9300697&merchantid=113471290&gclid=Cj0KCQiAt8WOBhDbARIsANQLp96q_2IRf-xK9RytpxBbgh6jbRRYovhu5jhd9jv2h2lpnqzkEhtCi_QaAkZtEALw_wcB
MoleMan
You would need to get the specs to see if it would fit. The pictures seem to show a little wiggle room for modification. However you would probably be better off buying individual gauges from AEM or another vendor and buying a two hole gauge mount. I personally would fit the mount and get it super tight. Should not pop off. You can always use something like superglue etc to make sure it won’t move but I would probably use some double sided tape so removal is easy if you ever want to remove the setup. Infosecdad
That looks like a 1-DIN mount, there are 1-din adapters for the upper cubby; but they aren't the easiest to find.

Tehnation
OEM gauge pack? He's talking about the cubby between the center vents above the radio. It lets you install a 1 din radio, the same size as the gauges you are looking at, they fit in a 1 din. He's talking about these adapters, this post has pictures of 3 different brands. https://legacygt.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1955333&postcount=

Which one do you recommend I buy?
Tehnation
I think they all do the same thing! I would pick based on price and availability! That post is over 10 years old, who knows if they are still being made!

neeksimons
If I buy this there shouldn't be any weird voltage conversion right? This uses the same voltage as US cars? Another question is it possible to change the temp from Celsius to Fahrenheit?

neeksimons
https://www.japanparts.com/parts/detail/?id=16980 I already purchased the din bracket but my question is about the actual gauge pack, since it's a jdm gauge there shouldn't be any weird voltage issues, right? Everything runs on 12v?
Infosecdad
Yes, it's all 12v
neeksimons
Yes, it's all 12v Okay sweet. Thanks dude! For the Sandwhich plate, which one of these do I need for the sensors? https://www.improvedracing.com/oil-adapters/oil-filter-sandwich-plates.html

Scubaboo
I used Improved Racing for the sandwich plate for my 5th gens' oil cooler, because they had the thermostat for the temp I wanted. Good stuff for sure. But it looks like you only need the plate for oil temp and oil pressure gauge? If so, you can go cheaper with a plate that only has 1/8 NPT ports like this: https://www.iagperformance.com/prosport-oil-filter-adapter-plate-for-subaru/ What will the other temp gauge be for, coolant? For my 5th gen I used an upper rad hose adapter for that.

I'm gonna use an oil galley plug instead, from what I gathered it's more accurate as far oil temp goes and might as well do the same for the pressure but not as important. Would this work? Or are the sensors too long from defi? https://www.rallysportdirect.com/part/gauge-install-adapters/868-killer-b-motorsport-dual-sender-adapter?gclid=Cj0KCQiA09eQBhCxARIsAAYRiykayDHP2l-3fjBJmjrAkJw1RPBza9SfolsYPUNlpSHbfArhCq6fUAsaAt8YEALw_wcB
