Filter could use a good cleaning , but is in great shape minium one rub areas I have included in photos. Was running on my bone stock legacy last week without issue. All hardware and mounts included especially the rubber lower mount that I find to be crucial. This is a bit controversial but according to Subaru this intake does not require a tune and sit now void the warranty back in the day. I'm look for something that will let me hear a little more of the spool and blow off but not a lot of suction drone. How would it compare to stock? JoeInOregon Posted October 6, 2021 Author Share Posted October 6, 2021 To be totally honest I never had the stock box on the car ...came with this, bpv sounds where present but not obnoxious at sounded really good in my opinion, definitely a suction sound under hard throttle, no drone or real noise crusing or on the hiway . I like a bit of both sounds and thought it was perfect for mild taste. My new set up it a Cobb, and 50/50 bypass Valve and is much louder ....I like it.
